About AlysiaUpon graduating from the University of the Arts, Alysia turned her lifelong passion for creativity into a career she truly loves. She specializes in custom-designed, hand-painted murals that bring color, emotion, and storytelling into everyday spaces. Every project receives her full heart—thoughtful design, intentional detail, and a joyful, collaborative approach that makes the process feel easy and exciting for her clients.
Alysia brings an upbeat, welcoming energy to every wall she touches, blending professionalism with genuine warmth. She believes murals have the power to shift how people feel in a space, spark connection, and bring a little magic into the world—and she pours that belief into every brushstroke. Outside of her work, she’s also a dedicated mom to two boys, a role that fuels her creativity and keeps her grounded in what truly matters. |

She went on to attend the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, where she earned the presidential scholarship and had her work exhibited in the prestigious Society of Illustrators Student Competition in New York City. While still in school, she founded Art By Alysia LLC, officially beginning her journey as a professional mural artist.
In 2004, she painted her first commissioned mural, a tropical scene for a South Jersey office, and that single project opened the door to the thriving career she has today. Since then, her murals have appeared throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Washington, D.C., Maryland, Ohio, and California, brightening homes, businesses, community centers, and public spaces with her signature blend of color, whimsy, and intention. |
