Pricing - Murals and Chalk Art
Mural and Chalk Art pricing is calculated per square foot, with rates based on the mural's size and level of detail.  Here, you’ll find a comprehensive Mural Pricing Chart.  And you can use this form to request a custom estimate, by providing essential details such as wall dimensions, your desired theme, and location.

Several factors can affect the standard square foot pricing. These include a travel fee for locations over 25 miles away, additional equipment like lifts for projects over 15 feet high, extra surface preparation, minimal wall access, an optional consultation fee, and any other necessary costs that may arise during the project.
Each project begins with a Design Retainer, which initiates the comprehensive design process. This phase, which is much more time-intensive than the painting itself, is essential for crafting the highest-quality custom artwork.  By digitally overlaying your custom design onto photos of your space, you’ll get a realistic preview of how the finished piece will look.  This approach allows you have the opportunity to request any desired revisions and truly perfect your artwork, before any paint touches the wall.  Browse examples of Alysia's designs and their finished murals here.

Typically, Alysia does not need to visit the space before creating a design.  However, if you’d like assistance with measuring or prefer to discuss your project in person, you can request a consultation. The consultation fee, based on location, generally ranges from $100 to $200 (this will vary if you are more than 25 miles from Alysia.
Payment Terms:
​   1. Consultation Fee: $100 - $200 (optional; varies based on travel distance)
   2. Design Retainer: A non-refundable fee of $500–$1,500, due before the design process begins.

   3. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is due one week before the painting start date.
   4. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on the final day of project completion.
