Pricing - Murals and Street Art
Pricing for Murals and Street Art is determined by the square foot. Square foot pricing depends mostly on the size of the mural and also the amount of detail. Other factors that will affect the price; whether the mural is interior or exterior, if there is additional work due to adverse conditions on surfaces that require extraneous labor, extra equipment that is needed to access the space to be painted, and travel expenses for murals that are over 25 miles. Each project requires a Design Retainer to get the design process started. The design process is quite complex and takes much longer than the painting itself. The great part about this process is that it enables you to see just what your artwork will look like, as if it were already painted on your wall, and allow you to make revisions before any paint goes on the wall. Designs are placed digitally right on photos of your space and are perfected before the start of any project. See examples of Alysia's design process here.
Payment terms are as follows: Non-refundable Design Retainer of $300-$500 due prior to the start of the design process. See more information about the Design Retainer here.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is due one week prior to start date of painting.
Full balance is due on the final day of completion.
